Facts about Powell’s hiring process:

1. Applicants and Candidates who meet qualifications and are being considered will be contacted directly by a Powell Representative for a phone call or virtual interview.
2. Offers are never extended without a formal interview with a Powell representative.
3. Powell does not request a social security number, insurance number, date of birth, bank account information or any other sensitive personal information during the application and/or recruiting phase.
4. Powell Representatives do not use a personal email account to contact candidates. Powell business email accounts or LinkedIn messaging are standard means of electronic communication from our Recruiting team.
5. Powell does not require payment to process applications.
